Kareena del Rosario

I am interested in how emotions shape interpersonal interactions, exploring questions such as how team members work together in high-stress contexts and how emotions, like sadness, can leave an “emotional residue” that influences later social interactions. Recently, I’ve been particularly interested in interpersonal emotions, such as moral outrage and empathy, examining how these socially oriented emotions shape our perceptions and interactions with others. A key aspect of my research involves psychophysiology, capturing how emotions, motivations, and social perceptions get under this skin and shape our dyadic and group interactions.
